We are a retired couple living in Northern Indiana on
Lake Wawasee, we came to beautiful Siesta Key in the 90’s, we fell in love with
the beach and the weather, we purchased our first condo at Midnight Cove in
1996, we remolded our first unit, enjoyed it.
2006 we purchased the unit at Crescent, we normally stay
from January 1st thru the 1st of May. We decided to rent our unit sharing the beautiful
weather and beach with anyone that is
interested in renting our unit.
2007 we purchased a unit a Summer Cove on Siesta Key just
for renting, Summer Cove is a beautiful complex on the Inter-Coastal, this unit
is for rent weekly, monthly, smi- yearly or yearly.
This is our personal unit, my wife decorated the unit herself,
and we did not want the average “Florida” style furnishing.
We pride ourselves with our handpicked cleaning people
who share our love of Siesta Key and our unit, keeping it clean and not just a “hohum” cleaning as our guest leave.
We also have a team of local maintenance people who will respond almost immediately if
any of our guest were to have a problem.
